All objects are made-to-order. Standard lead time is 10–14 working days before despatch. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking once your order leaves the studio.
Free standard shipping on all orders above ₹5,000. Orders below ₹5,000 incur a flat ₹250 shipping charge. Express shipping (5–7 days) is available for an additional ₹500.
We use fully recyclable cardboard and paper-based void fill. No single-use plastics leave our studio.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged or significantly differ from the product description. Because all items are made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns for change-of-mind. To initiate a return, contact us at studio@sculpted.in with your order number and photographs of the issue.
We do not process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different colour or size, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the item before unpacking fully and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement print at no additional charge.
