What materials do you use?

We primarily use recycled PLA (Polylactic Acid) and PET-G filaments sourced from certified suppliers. All materials are food-safe grade unless specified otherwise.

How long does an order take?

Standard orders are printed and shipped within 10–14 working days. Custom orders take 14–21 working days after final design approval.

Can I customise an existing design?

Yes. Most designs can be scaled, colour-changed, or modified. Use our Custom Order form and we'll let you know what's possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship across India. International shipping is available for select orders — contact us to discuss.

Are the products durable?

Recycled PLA is a rigid, durable material suitable for indoor use. It should not be placed in direct outdoor sunlight for extended periods or near heat sources above 60°C.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days if the product is damaged on arrival or significantly differs from the described design. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

How do I care for my object?

Wipe clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not submerge in water. Keep away from direct heat sources.
